Why Fluex?

How are you different from done-for-you LinkedIn services?

Most done-for-you services are automated or semi-automated. They may generate a few leads in the short run, but a bot cannot form lasting relationships, or generate the kinds of communications that lead to trust and likeability. If you want real results, you need a real person running the show.

If you’re wondering how we’re different from other non-automated LinkedIn service providers out there, the answer is right here.

How do I know if this is right for me?

We’re a great fit if you:

  • Are an established B2B company, a well-funded startup, or a marketing agency
  • Have a growth mindset with a strong existing sales process and marketing budget
  • Value long-term, consistent growth
  • Are willing to let go and trust us 🙂

Do you work with other platforms?

For now, just LinkedIn. But stay tuned.

Pricing + process

How much time can I expect to invest in this process?

Typically it’s up to 4 hours per month: weekly 45-minute calls + a quarterly 30-minute strategy call. In the beginning, reviewing and approving content may take a little longer while we get to know each other. We also occasionally reach out for your insight when there’s a message or comment that needs your expertise in the reply.

How much does it cost?

$4000 for the initial 30-day branding and strategy process (reduced from $7500 when sold as a standalone package); $3500 per month thereafter. No contracts or hidden charges – and you get your 12th month free.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. We bill monthly and you can opt out at any time.

Will my posts sound like me?

Using the Codex Persona™ framework, our sharply trained copywriters follow a unique process to mimic your voice to a tee:

  • We create a customized voice guide outlining your precise tone and voice.
  • We match you with the right writer based on your industry and personality.
  • You provide the content for all posts, based on your unique experiences and insights (without the pressure of brainstorming or coming up with ideas for posts).
  • You review and pre-approve each post and communication.
  • We constantly update and refine your voice guide based on feedback.

I’m not very creative or a skilled writer. Will I have enough content to post every day?

Every business owner or person in an executive position has so much experience and expertise to share. Our expert writers prompt you to retrieve your best insights, and then write up the posts using your own words. This means that your audience is truly getting to know, like, and trust the authentic you without you having to do any brainstorming or actual writing.

Do I need to provide existing content?

No, but you can if you want to. Content retrieval is built into our process, but if you have high-performing content on other platforms, or a solid company newsletter, we can optimize those for LinkedIn as well.

How do I know I can trust you to represent me well? My personal reputation is at stake.

Our process is designed to decrease the risk of potential mishaps to as close to zero as possible:

  • We ask the right questions to uncover your values, personality, and ethos right from the beginning. We get so clear on what’s a “go” and what’s a “no” that we become totally in sync with you.
  • You pre-approve every post that goes out, so your interests, values, and ethics run deeply through every single communication.
  • You provide any relevant background information we should have about specific connections or people in your extended network.

If for some reason a concern does arise, we note every detail to ensure the mistake isn't repeated. In outstanding cases, we take extra precautionary measures.

My industry is complicated — it’s highly specific, and regulated. How will you grasp all the details of my niche?

Since you provide all the raw content and pre-approve each post, your expertise shines through right from the start, even if we don’t have an in-depth understanding of every minute detail of your niche. Regarding regulations, your custom voice guide includes a section on compliance, based on industry research and information provided by you and your compliance team.

How long does it take to get started?

Your first post will go live within 30 days of joining us. In that time, we work through the research, discovery, and strategy-building processes, and prepare your first batch of content.

Results

How long does it take to see results?

Results depend a lot on your industry and existing network, though in general, it will take about 3-6 months. Sounds long? It is, in a way. But it’s worth the wait. Unlike other social platforms, LinkedIn is designed for long-term marketing and reputation-building. You’ll see amazing return on your investment with consistent use over a long period of time.

Will my LinkedIn activity replace my other sales and marketing activities?

No. You’ll get the best results from LinkedIn when it supports and complements – rather than replaces – your other initiatives. Your sales and marketing teams will thank you for this valuable addition.

How will I know it's working?

There is no guesswork — you always know you’re moving in the right direction.

  • We set custom targets for your account (all shared with you), and review and update them monthly.
  • You’ll receive a visual report every month tracking the increase in your profile views, post views, engagement, and number of followers.
  • We constantly analyze both your metrics and the quality of your interactions, and every quarter, we present our findings and suggest strategic tweaks.

That said, if you’re not satisfied at any point along the way, you can always stop working with us. No penalty.

What happens if LinkedIn brings me more business than I can handle?

In most industries, it takes 3-6 months to see results, so you’ll have enough time to get infrastructure in place. We’ll advise you if you can expect to see results sooner so you can be prepared before you launch.
